| Bergman: dead on birthday |
Bank Holiday in UK [Except Scotland]
Spent the day decorating. Ingrid Bergman died yesterday on her 67th birthday. Perhaps they'll show 'Casablanca' again. Ally extremely cuddly. We had a candlelit dinner. Mushroom soup, liver [again] and onions, followed by orange jelly. Slumped in front of the TV. 'Airport 75' again. Boring. Bed after 10. Ally sat in bed reading recipe books.
